The wholesaler and screw specialist WÜRTH has installed RetailStore as a self-sufficient self-service terminal in its Bitburg branch. Here, customers can put together the required screw types and fasteners with just a few clicks and receive them immediately. Payment is still made at the checkout.

In addition to time savings and increased convenience for customers, there are also time and resource savings at WÜRTH itself. By installing RetailStore, they have consolidated the original 35.5m² storage area down to only 19m² (freeing up almost 50%)! The time required for receiving and stocking inventory is also halved, giving employees significantly more time for customer service.
