KNAPP RetailStore goes New York

The city that never sleeps – New York.
Here the focus is on customer orientation and the shopping experience like nowhere else. We were inspired by exciting conversations and lectures and were able to experience what moves the Big Apple.

The 2024 NRF took place January 15-17 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York.
The National Retail Federation (NRF) conference is aimed at retailers but also attracts IT consulting firms and MSPs that provide hardware, software, cloud and point-of-sale (POS) technology solutions for retailers.

Five stages will showcase the next breakthrough products in many key retail categories, including AI, machine learning, facial recognition, foodservice, F&B technology and more. In 2024, the NRF Showcase expanded to include the Consumer Product Showcase section, collecting the breakthrough products from suppliers, entrepreneurs, SMEs and brands.

The NRF has once again confirmed its reputation as a leading retail event. A rich offering of information, innovation and networking makes it an unmissable event for the industry. A key message this time was: Integrating online and offline experiences (OMO) is essential for brick-and-mortar retail, as 70% of consumers prefer stores that offer digital services. – Matthias E.
