Behind the scenes – Würth Group

The store design of the future! We were guests of our customer Würth Group in Künzelsau and had the opportunity to present the integration of the RetailStore in the Würth24 Shop in Bitburg together with Marcus Winter.

The wholesaler and screw specialist has installed WÜRTH RetailStore as a self-sufficient self-service terminal in its Bitburg branch. Here, tradesmen can put together the types of screws and fasteners they need with just a few clicks and receive them immediately. Payment continues to be made at the checkout.
In addition to the time savings and increased convenience for customers, there are also time and resource savings for Würth itself. The original 35.5m² storage area is now available in 19m² in the RetailStore (a space gain of almost 50%!).
The time required for receiving and storing goods is also halved, so that employees have significantly more time for consultations.
